Patrick Van Pelt is a steward of a multi-generational family enterprise, dedicated to helping people, companies, and communities thrive across time. With business degrees from Marquette University and Rice University, he brings over 35 years of experience in financial consulting, governance, estate planning, real estate, and historic preservation.

His work has consistently centered on bringing clarity to complex systems—integrating finance, care, and community to create durable value. From restoring Houston landmarks and shaping sustainable neighborhoods to advising closely held businesses across the United States, Patrick has developed a distinctive approach grounded in stewardship, long-term thinking, and interdisciplinary insight.

Building on this foundation, he is now developing an integrated venture ecosystem through Altravia Venture Studio and its affiliated platforms. This work extends his core philosophy into a more explicit system—aligning health, finance, governance, and culture to address complex challenges in a coherent and scalable way.
